Will the US version Air Box of the yaris fit in mine?
Hi, I need to replace the whole air box in my Yaris, but I've got the NCP90L-AGMRK and it comes with the 2NZ-FE 1.3 engine and two doors.
The problem is that it has been impossible for me to find the air box here in my country (OEM or aftermarket). So I decided to look through American sites like parts.com to buy the air box but I found that the part number is different in the US. The part # for the airbox in my specific car is: 17700-21120 and the US version is: 17700-21130 So, my questions is: Can I buy the US version and use it in my car without any troubles, even though the part# is not the same? And, if it fits, will a cheap aftermarket air box will do the job? I mean the OEM air box is something like $500 Thank you in advance! Last edited by kustomrtr; 07-24-2014 at 07:21 PM. |
