my 07 YARIS

Thought of starting an album for my YARIS, so im starting my own thread. Lol



Most recent pic shooting alongside my friend's CAMRY...

More pics to come

BETSY (yepp, that's her name)
I had her for 3yrs now, never really took pictures of her progress, but so far here's a list of what went down. Lol

EXTERIOR
-front and side KAMINARI lip kit
-JDM rs rear bumper and spoiler
-JDM replica rs tailights
-front grille (dont know what type, its eBay)
-HKS axle back exhaust
-MI fogs

SUSPENSION/STEERING/WHEELS
-TRD short shift kit
-TRD rear sway bar
-MEGAN coilovers
-13mm rear hub spacers
-16x7 OZ ultraleggra with
195/50 FALKEN tires

INTERIOR
-made in CHINA headunit (from eBAY)
comes with GPS navigator, bluetooth, and
media player
-TACH gauge
-DELRIN shift knob
-black and leather interior panel
-red LED gauge cluster and A/C panel
-WEATHERTECH floor mats and deflector

That's all for now, more projects will come soon and pictures for sure..

I really like how your replacement grill better matches the lower grill on the 2007-2008 Yaris.

Have you had any issues with your Yaris in the 3 years you have had it? All the online data that I have seen (such as at carcomplaints website) seems to suggest that the 2007-2008 versions had more different problems/issues than the 2009-2011 "refresh" versions, so I have been hesitant about including the 2007-2008 model versions in my plans for buying a pre-owned Yaris in 2015.

I got my car pre owned with 27k miles on it, im on 80k now and only thing i changed was the battery and just keeping up with the maintenance sched.. No issues so far..

One of the known (probably because we have CTScott ) flaws of at least the 2007 (and the 2008 IIRC) is the voltage regulator inside the alternator. I've only had 2 repairs (other than regular maintenance items) needed over the life of my Yaris, and replacing the alternator was one of the two....front wheel bearings = the other.
