There's a small 4-digit code on the sidewall of each tire if you want to know for sure. The first two digits are the week, and the last two are the year the tire was manufactured. "1608" would mean the 16th week of 2008, for example.

That's why I assumed they were the original. iirc, it was marked as the 7th week of 08. Lol

That gives me hope for the Michelins I bought for mine. It's going to take me at least that long to reach their 90,000 mile warranty. I've read their warranty expires after 6 years, though.

Yup. That's the catch. Most tire shops may refuse working on tires older than 6 years old as well. That's why I didn't bother trying to have my tire repaired cuz I didn't want to be in the position to be forced to buy a tire for the steelies.
