After accident problem
Hello peeps,
I don't know if this is the right place to post this topic but since my problem's related to drive feel, i guess i'll put it here. I drive a 2006 yaris sedan. Three weeks ago I had an accident, i ran into a tree, the car was approx goin on 30 mph. The car was hit in the center of the bumper. No damage was done to the lights, but the radiator and some hosing and the starter motor were to be replaced. When the mechanic repairman replaced the parts, he told me that the chassis was out of alignment. It was shrunk to the inside by 1 inch. He straightened it with a kind of machine(don't know the name) but he told me that the car is a little hard to drive, and that's normal after the accident. He told me that he will do a balance fix for the car, and after this the car will drive like normal. Is this accurate? I mean can he really fix the balance of the car, and will it be safe ?? Thanks ! |
