Hey Kioshi. Regarding motorcycle rentals - most rentals here on Oahu are either mopeds or Harleys. Not too many sportbikes. There is only one that I know chasehawaiirentals.com. You can see their bikes on the website. Problem is that it requires a huge deposit (refunded after you return the bike) probably because of liability. I can't think of any other sports bike rental place.

Oahu was nice, pretty busy in fact. Did not get much relaxing done, but enjoyable nonetheless.

We rode motorcycles on half of the island in one night, thanks to the confusing highways that don't tell you which highway to take to get to another highway

We tried our best to go to the Polynesian Center, but the lines didnt' justify our time.

Food was expensive, we went to Da Kitchen (good portions!) and few others.
Did a a not so famous hike that only natives know about~

Lots of Japanese people, have not had real okonomiyaki since coming back from Japan, and Oahu did it just right for me.

P.S. Lots of bug bites from one of the muddy hikes and wrist with a big cut across from slipping on rocks.

THANK YOU EVERYONE for your feedback/suggestions for the trip :)

What you really meant edit: "Lots of Japanese chicks..."
It's like a second Japan in Waikiki.

Where did you eat okonomiyaki? Chibo?
Glad you enjoyed your stay here.
Would have loved to have hung out but was lowering my car that weekend and had (still having) problems.

You read my mind correctly
Yeah pretty much. It's a pity, I spent most of the time in the car, or else I would have talked w/ them~

Yes it was at Chibo. We had an actual Japanese chef making ours. Too bad we could not buy him drinks .
That was recommended to us by a local friend of my friends.

No worries. I plan to visit there once more at least. Loved the stable weather there.

Do tell me one thing - Why are there so many damn Dodge Chargers there??
