Brake Caliper not retracting

Hello! First time poster here,

I have a 2009 Yaris S and I just changed the Front Caliper, Brakepads, and Brake Hose. As far as I know everything is the right specs and size and they do install just fine. However when we bleed the brakes the caliper does not release the pads. The front wheels do not spin at all and when I disassemble the caliper it leaves marks on the back of the pads due to how tight they are. After we release the pressure they become pliable again and are easy to install.

Do anyone have any idea whats going on here? Im happy to give more details if needed!
