Let me explain, it is not a full paint spray of color but more of a color white sprayed on my Yaris and it is all over, how could I remove it effectively and easy at least.

if it was waxed, the paint is likely on the wax only and fairly easy to take off
1) take a q-tip dipped in denatured alcohol and 2) try to rub a single paint drop off did it work ? a) if so, you will need a professional detail shop ( or tools) to take off the rest of it with power buffing agents b) if NOT, the paint is there to stay and you need a lot more work |

Did not try the alcohol yet, will do that.
tried Mothers Cleaner wax today though and the roughness and paint speckles is still there specially on the rubber parts and glass.

claybar will usually do the trick. Make sure to wax the area afterwards

Good luck. I dropped a spray can and the head broke off and sprayed the tail gate of my truck. Even though the truck was well waxed, nothing seemed to work in getting the speckles off. Had to scrape each one off with my thumbnail.

Oh my situation is worst, it is like there was a plant painting on-going nearby and the wind blew in the speckles and it is all over, specially when you run your hand through the glass and roof it is all over.
