Arash, They don't sell diesel Yaris's in the US, but maybe there's something else connected to the light other than oil change reminder? low on diesel exhaust fluid or something like that? Check your owners manual, if it's just a service engine reminder, it must not be resetting for some reason, unless it,s the check engine light you see, instead of service engine?
