Headlight fix to access relay/junction box
In my country is a law to drive with headlights on while driving during day also.
As I have to manually switch headlights on - forgetting to do so every time, or to switch off when parked, I am ending with ticket or dead battery. In the schematic I found I have to cut ground wire from headlight main switch, put a relay in between and induce it by ignition. Keeping the headlight switch always on, H/L should be on with ignition on, off with ignition off. As simple as possible. But very hard to do it. I find it very hard to open left lower instrument panel junction box cover, almost impossible, ![]() Any idea how to open it, or other way to access wires? ![]() Last edited by krume; 08-27-2021 at 01:07 AM. |
