Urgent:Stupid problem with battery
Hello to everyone.
Since this is an exams period for Greece, I haven't had the time to drive my Yaris. As a result, my battery went dead and I have 2 problems.First of all, I have keyless entry in my car and the steering wheel is locked. How do I unlock it, in order to move the car? Secondly, will it harm my steering system if I try to turn the wheel 360 degrees in order to move the car, without the engine on? Thanks to anyone who answers!

1) Even if you have keyless entry, there should be a spare normal key you could use?
2) You won't have any power steering so it will be very hard to turn, but it should not break anything!

Well I managed to open the door with the spare key, but where do I put the key, in order to turn the steering wheel?I mean, there is no visible ignition, only the start button.
Tnx my friend for answering so fast!

The stupid manual says that when the battery is dead, the wheel lock is not supposed to be on.Now what?

I guess you have no choice but to find another car/battery and connect it to yours to start your engine...

Yeah if your battery is fully discharged, it causes a chemical reaction which can render it useless. i think there are some treatment liquids that can reverse that, but I doubt the capacity of the battery will be as good as it used to be, you will be better off with a new one.
