Hello everyone!

TWM Performance is proud to introduce the newest addition to our line up of products for the Toyota Echo and Toyota Yaris, the Bronzoil shifter Cable Bushings. These bushing kits are a fantastic way to improve your shifter at a very low cost. All kits are CNC machined using strict tolerances to ensure a "better than stock" fit and the highest level of performance possible. They also include all necessary hardware needed for installation and a detailed instruction manual.

Adding the TWM bronzoil shifter cable bushings to your TWM short shifter and base bushings combo will result in a more precise and solid shift feeling by removing the unwanted play caused by the stock rubber bushings. The material we use for these bushings is superior to delrin bushings as it is more solid and self lubricating as well. The TWM bushings can also be installed on a car with the stock shifter or any aftermarket short shifter for an improved shift feeling.

Thanks, we sold quite a few kits this weekend at a local show, installed them on the spot and the feedback was very good! This is a great addition to the TWM short shifter.

Saw this thread and then got the email and figured why not, I need shifter bushings anyways, so picked up both the base and cable bushings!

Got mine yesterday and installed the cable bushings along with the shifter base bushings today. Man what a difference it makes! Shifts are so crisp. Thanks TWM!

it mounts to the actual shift arms, and fits inside the plastic hoops that are the shift cable ends

does this part come with replacement synchros when the stock ones crap out from excessively quick shifts?

Here's a picture installed in a Echo. It's actually easier to install in the Yaris as the cables connects to the transmission on the front part of the transmission, way more room to work.

very nice!

by the way, for those of you considering that $5.99 kit you see on ebay.. don't. back in 2004 i bought that "kit" which proceeded to fall apart, and i lost fore/aft shift capability in the middle of traffic one afternoon.

just be gentle on your shift cables kids, they're VERY expensive and VERY fragile. i'm on set #4 in 5 years.
