Question about navigation for 2011 yaris

I just purchased a 2011 yaris 4 door sedan. It looks like the radio is completely built in. Is there any nav systems that will work for my car?

I think you have the integrated radio, I had that on my 2007, there was no problem in me purchasing a kit to mount a single din radio with pocket, but there was no way that I could see to put a double din radio in here. Its just missing the guts to mount it to and I have not seen anything made but I may look again this evening.

Toyota Europe will be releasing the Touch HU in May 2011. I hope this fits our Yaris Sedan as well:

Possible

The 2011 yaris radio unit is integrated. You can get a HU in there (single or double-din, I have done a double-din on mine) with navigation, you are just going to have to take out the integrated radio, buy metra kit, buy new center bezel piece that is compatible with DD unit and install.

But as far as navigation goes, I just use a cheap little tom tom that I can take out whenever I need it.

Nav-wise, these little units have come a long way.

My first GPS was a Garmin StreetPilot III ($700 !!!!!). It didn't come with their biggest memory card (proprietary, of course), cannot hold the entire USA map even with the biggest card, and on top of that only came with a license for your "group" of states. Getting the entire USA map costs extra.

I'm amazed at what $100 can buy just 3 years ago. I got this from Amazon. It has the entire USA map, uses SD cards and can be hacked (runs on Windows CE). I can load 2 full Disney movies into the SD card and use it as a portable viewer for my kids when we eat at restaurants. Best of all, it's noticeably faster (10X at least).
