I say it depends on what you want, SQ or BOOM, if you want BOOM you should be set with that, if you want SQ, I would also switch out the speakers. ANything is better than stock.

SQ stands for sound quality right? well i guess i want the boom because thats why i bought the subwoofers in the first place and my stock speakers sound pretty good tho, but according to you any other speaker is better than stock right? what would you recommend??(which speakers)?? and thnks for replying!

if money isnt a problem look into the Seas Lotus Performance Component Speakers.

aside from those, Dynaudio, Scanspeak & Focals brands are good choices.

For something cheap yet somewhat nice and on par with your subs budget Polk db651's wouldnt let ya down.

Im sure others will chime in.

well, if you would want better sound quality but dont have the cash for some of the higher end brands, infinity makes good component and 2 ways. course, even a set of the upper model kenwoods will sound better than the stock speakers.

and for bass...it depends on how much hit and volume and sound quality you want. its easy for everyone to quote off name brands...but most of us on these forums dont have thousands of dollars to invest on just one aspect of the audio system...and i could be wrong, but if you were after the ultimate in component speaks and the best subs to boot, you wouldnt use the stock radio...

sorry, but, a sh-ty deck will still sound sh-ty even with $1k components hooked up to it.

i have all ROCKFORD FOSGATE in my yaris and its loud, i have all T speakers and a p3 sub. speaker are running on a T400-4 amp.the sub is running off of an p200-2 amp bridged. i switched out the stock deck for a pioneer 2 din. the stock deck doesnt have low out put, so its better if you go that way. RF!!
