Spec-D Tail Light Bulb Identification and Access

Hello I have the Spec-D tail lights on my 08 hatchback. In the hexagonal pattern the bottom right bulb is out. I tried contacting the company that makes them to ask how to access this bulb and what kind it is but they said they cannot provide that info because they are discontinued and too old.

Does anyone know what kind of bulb it is and how to replace it? Thanks.
