Tanabe Sustec strut bar

for those here who have this, how does your Yaris feel after you installed it?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...1691710&rd=1,1

i couldn't pass up the opportunity to get it new (with a few scratches) for 60 bucks!

go get it!! it's a good buy.. no you can't feel the difference unless you bring it ont he track.. it's good for cornering and also serve as a hook for emergency/trouble light when you work on the engine bay.

Yeah, that's a sweet buy. I have it with NF210 springs. I installed both the springs and strut bar at the same time so I had a vast improvement in handling but can't tell you what the strut bar alone feels like. Good purchase for you!

I installed my tanabe bar before I installed my new wheels and I didn't notice a difference in town but there was a noticeable difference on the highway where I live. There are lots of hills and turns. It also made a big difference at speeds of over 85mph. Super stable and no weird tracking issues.

here's a less "performance" question. i know strut bars reduces chassis flex/swaying, but i want to know if adding the springs, shocks, and the strut bar will make my Yaris less prone to cross winds and those HUMONGOUS semi's. i really hate it when i'm driving along the freeway and i feel my car getting pushed by wind or getting sucked into the semi's draft.

i wonder if this strutbar also fits on the TS 1.8?
because the engine has more space necessary in altitude then 1.5 engine...
