K i got the size you will need 80MM CCFL kit to do this. I am still working on the first headlight but as soon as I am finished I will do a DIY up. Just a word of advice after backing the headlight in the oven at 170 degrease for 10 min have an extra person there when u start to pry them apart.

guys when i was over at focusfanatics they did a DYI to replace the shitty leds with higher quality ones even other colors(illegal yes i know but i looks badass)
i doubt the assembly would be difficult but check this out.
there is no need to rid them if you can salvage them.http://www.focusfanatics.com/forum/s...d.php?t=117148

God these lights look awesome.
Apparently they're covered up by the actual HID lights when they go on full mode as well. Would love to get my lights a unique color like this when I get em on.

Any thoughts on these for those who have halo projector ring thingies in their lights?

BTW I pulled the picture from the focus forum that was linked.

If anyone wants there projectors cleaned up and has a day to kill just drive on up to me and I can do it. I know a lot of people are worried about breaking something. I can even solder new LED's in the halo rings or run EL wire behind the stock rings for a better glow. Either way if you need a hand and live close just let me know in a PM only thing I ask is buy me a drink on your way in I like Mountain Dew

So, all I need is get new 80MM CCFL and replace them? How much are they? Where can I find them? Or can I change the LEDs like they did to the Focus?

Yes, But can we do that like they did to the Focus projector? I haven't see those leds on my halos anywhere.
