2 and 3 are false, but 1 and 4 are true. ive used the 112 number before and the 15 digit number (its called your imei number btw). dont live in america so cant say if the 800 free thing is true or not

i work at a cell phone store, most of those are false, and about dropping in water, you should let your phone sit in a glass of rubbing alcohol for a bit. what that will do it when you get it out the alcohol evaporates faster then water, and it cleans all the impurities that the other water you dropped it in may have been infested with, so it will have better chances against corrosion inside the phone on the board
