Install 2010 Front Grill in a 2008 Yaris Sedan
Does anyone whether I can install a 2010 Front Grill in a 2008 Yaris Sedan? Please help.

I would imagine it's pretty easy. Same front end, so I'd assume the grilles are interchangeable. Now, if only the sedan grille would fit a hatch, that would be cool!

Yes. it's every bit the same (shape, size, clip location) excluding the design.

I think your 2008 would look better with the 2010 grille. I hope it fits.
