If you think that's bad you should come drive my commute with me some time. Early on my way home I come to a stop sign at the top of a 7% grade where I turn right onto a 6% grade for a few miles.

You should see how long it takes a hypermiler to accelerate from a stop up to the speed limit of 50 MPH in those conditions.

I was in OfficeDepot the other day and saw a "Bumper Sticker Kit"! Just make it. I would use an Epson with durabrite or claria inks since they do not fade or wash off. I might make a "Get YarAss in Gear!" sticker! Actually I could make it for you and just mail it to you, as I have the right printer. Lemme know.

Mine actually got to 110 it made it pretty quick, it actually downsifted while i was going 95 and made it to 100 in a matter of seconds. maybe it was a fluke?

Try racing fuel (100 octane), better motor oil (Eneos 5-30, 0-50)...

Do something... do something..

LOL!

Thats weird I my sedan reaches 100mph very easily but from 105-118mph its a long time riding on 18's. Last Sunday a friend on mine lend me son 15s and It reached 118 a lot quicker than with 18's (duhh) but don't be afraid to floor it all the way you need to do this to go over 100 unless u r goin downhill

My manual 5dr liftback gets up to 100mph very quickly. If I want to show some attitude, I might downshift into 4th just to show the bully's in the fast lane that I deserve a spot.

80 to 90 mph seems to be the sweet spot when factoring noise level, but 100mph isn't a big deal on the engine. Perhaps the Automatic's are different

If it makes you feel any better, I had an S-10 Blazer with a 2.8l that would only do 70 mph on level ground. That's with my foot buried in the floorboard. They sucked SO bad.

I hit 85 once, downhill, with a tail wind, and 1/4 tankful of gas onboard.

Oh, I passed that last week.

When I ran into Geordi Laforge the other day at Kinkos he told me that he thought he saw my Yaris tailing the U.S.S. Enterprise going Warp 5.

Wow. Crazy.

Wow, back to back attempts to drive over 100 mph (probably on public roads) and another thread about wanting to pull the e-brake while going 80. You're on a roll dude...
