can i fix this?

this happened when i was parking my car near a pavement can it be fixed?

Depending on how deep it is.

get some canned air.
heat the spot with a hair dryer, but not enough to ruin the paint.
turn the canned air upside down and spray the liquid aerosol on the spot to rapidly cool and contract the dent out, clean off the area, then touch up the paint damage.

^^ there are lots of videos on youtube. I really don't think its gonna work on that. If you can't pop it out from the other side, the canned air trick won't work.

It looks like the rocker area.
No that wont come out with compound or air, or dry ice or anything. Its a good whack to the side of the car(rocker area) Best bet to hid it?
Get some sideskirts.

a friend of mine told me that they will have to drill a hole in it and try to fix it
