seibon carbon fiber lip
I already used the search button on this one, and found a post talking about the front lip. C2Auto said they were looking for someone to fit it to their liftback and they would post pics. I emailed seibon and asked about a pic. but they have yet to email back - that was almost 2 weeks ago...
has anyone seen it yet? If C2auto has it, then maybe they can post the pics of in uninstalled? I want to buy it, but I am not about to order something like that without knowing what it looks like. Any new info on an old topic - would be greatly appreciated. |

It supposedly released, call fatboy garage. 420 for the front lip, 420 for the sides, 420 for the rear. If you goto seiboncarbon.com then gallery, there's a blue Yaris with a lip kit. Its that kit in CF.

1110200671133PM136.jpg That is the car you're talking about, and that looks like a stock kit from another country to me. |

Thats the one. The lips will be CF instead of painted.
I like the Ings kit or the Modellista better. |

If you get a CF lip, PLEASE paint it. Nothing is tackier than a bunch of CF pieces tacked all over a car.
Except maybe a spoiler made of 2x4 lumber...

I didnt get any response from my second email either, If thats the kit - then i'm all about it - but i got a quoted price of like 280 something, not 420? And I'm def. not painting it, nothing is better than carbon fiber on a black car - you can hardly tell until you get up on top of it....

Crashed into a JC whitney warehouse, thats hilarious. You can get the lip from most places online including raceinspired.com for 336, rather than 420. The price I got is from a friend who owns a shop where I've gotten all my stuff from, including the intake, exhaust and springs. So i dont know if you'll find it for that. |

Well guys $1100 bucks for a lip kit. I guess it's fair considering the material but way too much money for me to spend considering probably another 500 to get it painted. (sigh) another dead end for making the yaris look better....

From C2auto, I pm'd the guy and that was the price I was quoted. I love the kit, gives nice curves without too much extra but that is just too much money. The other option is the same style(a knockoff) kit in ABS plastic from Thailand $600 bucks shipped last I checked, but I'm not sure it will fit USDM bumpers. actually pretty sure it would have to be modified. Why does the Kaminari kit have to be so ugly? dammit!!!!
