please help :)

I have a 2008 toyota yaris and the rear passenger side suspension is riding low(tire is closer to wheel wheel then it should be) there is also a clunking sound when hitting bumps which is much worse when someone is sitting back there. I thought it was a bad shock so had it replaced but that didn't solve the problem.

Check springs. They tend to break ends off. Both ends of spring should be cut square. Won't be square if broken.
