Hello fellow Bytowners and Ottawans! (and Gatineau-peeps!)

Allow me to introduce myself... I'm aaron. I just wanted to start a thread for us capital-town folk. There's not a lot of us on here, but I thought it might not be a bad idea to compile a list (and keep it updated) of members who live around Ottawa. (ooooh... possible future meets!) There's a few members who are active, but most only have a few posts to them... but here's the list (don't be shy!):

I'll say Ottawa has the highest yaris density i've seen so far. Should be fun if you guy ever gonna meet.

Oh heck ya... there are TONS of Yarii in Ottawa! But not many on the board. I've started carrying YarisWorld flyers in my car and sticking them on windshields..!

Hi Guys,
I have to agree that we see alot of yaris in the ottawa-Gatineau area and that's very nice. If you see a 3 doors bayou blue yaris, with a quebec liscense and an Ottawa senators liscence frame around it, great chance it's me.

My friend is about to buy a black sedan yaris, I'll give him the forum address.

Hahhaha... I'll be in Romania next Saturday! I'm hoping that if this massive CDN/US meet goes off next spring, I'll have my wheels by then and be ready to show the car.

Just joined the Yaris World when I bought an 06 Yaris RS 5 door LB. Got it used for a decent price and it only had 22K on it. Had a chance to take it up to Tremblant for an anniversary trip with my wife and despite the zig zag climb descent of the twisty Quebec roads I still got 5.8 l/100km. Awesome.... And it handles like a go kart on the twisty roads. My last commuter was a Jetta 1.8T chipped to 205HP and 215ftlb torque so the performance of the Yaris is taking some getting used to

I am actually not in Ottawa proper but live West of town near Almonte. Home town of James Naismith, the inventor of basketball... psst. don't tell our American friends that a Canadian invented basketball

Oh yeah? I see a bunch of Yaris's out around town...too bad ppl aren't getting together. Actually a good friend of mine bought the 2010 Corolla Sport...it's pretty damn nice! (but I still love my yaris!)
