Yes you can convert to power mirrors. You can go to your toyota dealer and order them since they come with the power package. Here is a website for the power mirrors.

On the USDM Yaris, the wiring is all there for converting a non power mirror car to a power one. You just need the switch and the two mirrors.

are you talking about electric folding mirrors or just the standard electric mirrors?

Wiring in the door for the mirror (connector on right):
Mirror Wiring - Door.jpg

Wiring at the under dash fuse panel. The white 10 pin connector at top of the fuse panel is one that plugs into the power mirror switch.

I don't see the connector shown in my picture above, but it might be hidden by that mass of aftermarket wires.

The switch part number is: 84870-34010

That same switch was used on quite a few different Toyota vehicles from 1999 to now.

Here's one of the switches on eBay:

CTScott - does the connector for the power mirrors control the dimmer switch as well?
After getting my car back from the shop today, my power mirrors stopped working and dimmer switch wheel does not dim my cluster anymore.

I dont believe it is a fuse, as my power windows are functioning....
