nada.... just spent the last 30 minutes doing searches for "air" in the PDF repair manual... and there is one mention of an inlet air temp sensor... but they were just using it as an example in the "how to use this guide"

Like on all Toyotas made since the mid-90's it is part of the MAF (Mass Air Flow) sensor. See pages 88 and 292 of: http://www.etimago.com/yaris/repairmanual/EWD.pdf
I can't find any information on which 2 of the 4 wires belong to the IAT but I'd put money on Purple (or is it Pink?) and Orange (THA and ETHA). By the way, if you're looking for this sensor so you can install one of those hokey eBay horsepower mods stop right now and send it back for a full refund, and never, ever buy snake oil - or $0.25 resistors - again. P.S. If you screw up your MAF it costs over $100 to replace it.
