60/40 rear seat removal

Sorry if this has been covered, but I didn't see where anyone mentioned if the Torx bolts that hold the seat tracks in place are reverse threaded or not. I've sprayed them and muscled them, but don't want to go too hard at it.

I posted and asked the same thing when I tried to take them out. They are just stronger than you, and you must become more than a human to get them out.

And dont use a 1/4" ratchet. I snapped the head off mine.

get a cheater bar!! = a metal tube, anything u can find, that will fit on the handle of the ratchet. That will give you more leverage! Push until you hear the *pop* and then it's loose! After that initial turn it was pretty much turn with my fingers until it fell out. Do you know where all of the bolts are? I can take pics while I put em back in today.

I would be interested to buy or trade for your split seat if you really want to get rid of it permanently.
(garage and tools provided for removal)
