Center Arm Rest

I'm interested in trading my short model arm rest for a OEM Toyota arm rest which appears taller. Mine is only a week old and in like-new condition, but I feel like I need to slouch down for my arm to rest on it.

Picture on request.

Why would you downgrade to the factory armrest? I've owned both and the one you have is better. If you need height however, the factory armrest is taller.

I've had both.

The one from Singapore is much nicer looking than the OEM one, but it's really only a storage box... it's way too low to be an armrest.

I sold the one from Singapore in favour of the OEM armrest.

So, I guess it depends what you're looking for... a storage box, or an armrest?

problem is the oem one gets in the way big time when shifting. im sure its ok with an auto. the one from singapore looks soft and looks nice. does anyone else have the problem with it being to low (maybe depends on height of driver?)

My elbow rests perfect on the aftermarket armrest, although I'm 6'1" with long arms. The factory armrest was to high in that it lifted my shoulder as if I was shrugging just my right side. Apparantly it is a height thing.
