Do you have any mods? I know CTScott recently posted that a Blitz supercharger with A/C delete is 55". You can also use the old "string" method--get some non-stretching string (nylon surveying line) from the hardware store and wrap it around the pulleys. If you measure it yourself, please post the length.

55" is way big, even with A/C. Without A/C the belt is very short.

thebarber, who owned a Yaris without factory A/C, claimed 360mm was belt length.

Thanks for the replies. I was trying to stay away from string method. I was hoping someone already knew the measurements. Ill start with 360mm. Looks like ill be removing AC in the parts store parking lot.

If you are running an underdrive pulley (can't recall if you are), then you will need 355mm.

There is room to run the shorter belt without needing to get the compressor out of there.

Yea, you dont' need to remove the A/C compressor to run the A/C deleted belt.

Does it increase power with naturally aspirated engine. Is there a difference that can be felt.

If Scott chimes in that would help a lot. He is who told me which belt to buy when I deleted mine.

Scott and I agree I believe that it doesn't make much of a difference when you aren't using it. There isn't enough drag really. I only removed mine because od how my ext wastegate piping got in the way. If there was any way I could I would put it back in personally. I find the car stuffy without it during warm months.
