Any tips or tricks for this mount job? I'm gonna tackle it tomorrow when my wife gets home from work.
Thanks in advance! |

To do this you don't need to raise the car I did this with my Vitz RS parked in my driveway.
Remove the intake air box - Philip screw driver and 10mm socket with and extension. Remove battery and battery tray - 10mm and 12mm Support the tranny - Toyota scissors jack should do just fine. Remove the mount - about 5 14mm bolts and the 19mm bolt and nut that goes thru the mount. It is not a difficult task. I rate it's difficulty similar to changing the out two mounts. Approximate time is about 1hr from start to finish and less if you have done it before. |

Doesn't sound bad. The hard one was the rear for me. This sounds pretty straight forward!
