Yaris IA wiper issue

I recently bought a 2018 Yaris IA for my daughter.

Recently, the wipers started acting erratically and often won't return to the home position. Speed settings work sometimes, and then not at all.

I replaced the wiper switch on the column, but it still acting the same way.

I read about a wiper relay issue on a Scion IA and am wondering if this could be the issue here.

I am having a very difficult time finding any information on relay locations on the Yaris. I can find the fuse locations everywhere, but nothing that specifically calls out the relays.

In the image below, I can see relays but they are not identified on any websites that I have found.

In the engine bay fuse box, #33 states to be a 20amp fuse for the front wiper and washer. If this is a bad fuse, I would assume they would not work at all, but they do.

Can anyone shed some light for me on where this wiper relay is located if it does actually exist?

PS: I only have occasional direct access to the car, so I have to try to find a solution on-line, and then remedy it when I can.
