Bixenon Problem, Highbeam not working

I installed my bixenon about 3 months ago, now the high beam is not working anymore,
when i turn on my low beam, and switch to highbeam, highbeam indicator in the dash is show up, but the light beam is not moving up
When i turn OFF the light, and turn ON my highbeam, the highbeam indicator is on and the light is on, but the same position as my low beam.
I'd been switch the wires around and still can't get the highbeam working.
did i do something wrong here?
My car don't have DRL.

Thank You

High Lights...

If your system is really "BiXenon" then there is really no high or low lamp lighting. In High, the reflectors point the beams more forward, and in Low the beams are directed closer to the ground (so oncoming traffic is not blinded) When you switch from low to high and vice-versa, you should hear a soft "thunk" in the housing and that is the magnetic reflctor shifting device actuating and relasing. The lighs never get brighter or dimmer in the switching. It seems to be a wiring/power problem since the two headlights have separate actuators and if one is bad, at least the other one should work. To have BOTH go out at the same time, is really a rare ocurrence. Check your hi-lo switch wiring, and see. You might have to temporarily plug in the old harness and see if the original bulbs go from high to low, etc. After you determine it does, then put the HID harness back on. Sorry to be so long winded here, but I just wanted to be sure you understand.

Good Luck !!

thank you, to save the trouble i grab a new harness and it's work, so i guess the old harness is bad.
