Dynomaster - Droid dyno app

Anybody tried this app? It's only 5 bucks and rated highly. I thought about buying it and giving it a try. I'm sure it's not as accurate as a real dyno, but I'd like to see what any of you guys that have experience with it think.

What do you do? Stick the phone under a drive wheel and gun the engine using the accelerometer to determine how fast the phone was flung?

You have to put in all this crazy stuff...

pitch characteristics, roll characteristics, drive train losses, drag coefficient, frontal area

Calibrate the phone's accellerometer and whatnot, then basically do a 0-60 and it figures out everything with some sort of magical voodoo.

for it to be anywhere acurate u need to know everything exact about ur car, tires, road, air and even then its just a guess. its prob a fun app but not going to work to replace a dyno

Yeah...it's expensive to do a for real dyno though, and I don't even know where I'd go to do one anyway.
