wheels and tire combo advice.

Was wanting to lower Yaris hatch around 2 inches all the way around was thinking I wanted to roll some 16's. What would u guys think the offset should be to eliminate rub? Also I was going to run 195/45/16's. Any comments or advice would help a lot. Know any good wheel shops online to order from? Tired of the eBay wheels. Thank guys!

TireRack! Use the ad at the top of the forum and YW gets a credit. I like Kuhmo tires personally. Good price and great performance for a DD.

No prob. I bought my wheels from them (got tires local to save on shipping) and I highly recommend them. Their customer service is top notch. I had a lot of questions so I called and talked with a guy there for probably 45 minutes before buying mine, he was real helpful and answered every question I had with no problem.

Sweet! I'll get in touch with them for sure. I just bought my 2011 Monday and its gonna go through a big change soon. I don't drive stock vehicles lol. I'm a converted GT500 driver and saw a lowered Yaris and totally dig em. Just need to make sure I get the wheel combo right after I lower it. Thanks bro!

Excellent! Wheels/tires were one of the first things I did with mine, and it made a HUGE difference in the handling of the car. I wish I had gone with lighter wheels though (mine are Sport Edition CD, they look nice but were cheap and heavy), but the looks and handling are still a lot better than stock. Lowering mine is coming after I get some more performance stuff done :)

Enjoy your Yaris, if you're like most of us here you'll fall in love with it!

Cool! Your car sounds like its coming along nice. Performance will be last for me. I'm a old car show guy. I've built trucks and muscle cars so I'm really into the looks. Check out my website. Davedesigns.net. Good luck bro and have great weekend!

Dropped on 195's, you can safely run as low as ET37 without fender mods or camber adjustments.
