Okay I got into a bumper accident. what should I be aware of. (dmg)

Whats up everyone, long time no see.

Anyway I got into a bumper accident today. Not my fault, homo was trying to cross me while i had the right away and driving 20+.
I hit his car at around maybe 10 miles I think with the front passenger side of my car to his driver front wheel.

so far the bumper is pretty much getting replace + front grill.
My hood got shifted to the driver side, so that needs to get replaced.
My driver rear side panel popped out. broken clips, so replaced.

Here's what I want:
Complete check of anything wrong with my car that may have been caused or dmg by the accident to be replaced.
Will the faggot's insurance pay all that shit?

If ANYONE had something similar to this, mind telling me the scenario so I can be prepared.
thx in advance.

So long as the F****t has insurance and was found at fault you shouldn't have any problems getting all needed repairs covered.

yes his insurance should cover that.. Contact his insurance company to place a claim if he has not done so. they will provide you with a claim number & u will prolly get a call on monday or so from the adjuster. i dont have any specific shops i can refer you to since my company doesnt write insurance for your state. GL any questions, let me know, i work in auto claims..

lol thx guys.
I did not get the information of the other driver because I was pissed but the officer got it for me.
I'll go in Monday to get the data from the police department. Will also get a call from my insurance Monday so we can call his insurance and settle things.

@ dvlnblkdrs & 1stToyota
I'll be dropping my car in my Toyota Dealership only and i want to rent a car because I do not want to drive my car until it is fixed.

I can do that, correct?

they should cover a rental car while your vehicle is in the shop. each company covers a different length of time, we cover up to 30 days or when the car is repaired whichever comes first, so thats something to ask them as well as the amount that they will cover.

Ah cool. Im sure it will be out in less than 2 weeks. Depending on how quick they get my parts in.

Im so upset...my baby(car) got hurt today.
Here's the weird thing. My battery died died died. My batter died before but this time it really died. Anyway when my mother arrived, I jump started my car and it did not need to be recharged at ALL.

haha

I missed you guys. School and work...you know.

I think this accident was meant to happen. I was looking at a beginner's bike this at this dealership, a Kawasaki 250 all black. I even got approved for 8k. I was heading to a college to get information on the beginner training class for bikes and bang, accident.
Maybe its a sign that I shouldn't buy a bike yet.....

That bike looks so sexy. Anyway I decided not to buy a new bike until I get married, have kids that are almost done with college. So if I die, it will be okay and my wife can find a new husband to take over.

Depends upon your State's driving laws. In PA the person behind is the one who "caused" the accident, unless the person in front was in reverse.

Talk to a lawyer. Soon. For all you know, the other person may be sending YOU some bills.

BTW, let's knock off the bigotry. What the other person does with their own body is not germane to this discussion.

To get back to the subject, I was recently in a bumper accident(Hence the aftermarket bumper) and one significant thing for me to fix was the windshield washer fluid jug and pumps. Totaling out at $163. Also since the bumper is connected to the headlights it broke the mounts on the headlight causing a jiggle which i have not gotten to yet. Lastly you may wanna double check your fender liners as well. Hope that you can get it all fixed^-^

Good point tho. Just to clear out of fog, the guy was not reversing. He was hesitating whether or not to cross me or not. He acted too late and had me run into his car. He was scared and must had being in a hurry thus making that dumb ass mistake of stopping right in front of me.

That's is another answer I was looking for, what to have them double check. If you can add anything else, please do. I'm writing them down and will mention them to my 21st insurance guy tomorrow and dealership.

There was a small sensor that broke loose on the left side of my bumper when I got hit but I have not checked to see what it is yet.Its hanging near my left vent.
