It's not as bright as in the brochure. Good luck with it.

You know what? I think it'd look good dropped on some black or gunmetal multi-spoke wheels (Team Dynamics Pro Race 1?). I think the yellow/black think might really pop.

I agree 100%. Plus we are also looking at it through a cameras eye, I need to see it in person notin direct sunlight as well.

Before 10/18 we had some pictures up of a Jolt in a dealer lot. Kenjan1970s shots are showing a yellow which does not appear quite as washed out as it appeared in the prior sighting pics. Still not as vibrant as the brochures indicates, but better.
As for accenting with some blackness or gunmetal, these pics speak volumes. |

I had always thought of the yaris' styling as "the bastard child of a mouse and a bull dog" but in yellow, it definitely takes on more of an avian edge. I think it looks more like a black and yellow chickadee.
I digress, though. It looks nice. I was never into yellow cars, I thought that yellow mustangs and such were too "look at me!" Later, I realized that it was the personality that gravitated toward such vehicles that I generally wasn't too fond of, and the yellow ones were usually occupied by the more attention-seeking segment of that crowd. But on a low-key car, it seems to fit. Now if they would just give us "ash gray" or whatever. |
