Door Hinge

If it's even possible, does anyone know how to replace upper driver side door hinge without removing the fender?

in theory if you pulled the ENTIRE door you "might" be able to but you would have to remove the entire fender splash pan to get up there..by way of pulling the door side bolts first you should have it out of teh way to get at the hinge...but i cant confirm this

I have found replacement pin and bushing kit. The mystery to me, without removing the hinge, would be getting existing pin and bushings out. I suspect the answer is grinding off head of pin somehow.

having delt with countless sloppy hinges over the decades 9-10 its a better fix to replace them...that is unless they have a FULL THICK brass bushing kit where ou have to drill the hinge to a specific ID and damn neer press in the new bushings..anything else has always been a bandaid best used on a car your selling

What does lithium grease have to do with fixing a sloppy hinge?
