Yes, those universal kits will work. How good will they look is another question and they will add zero aerodynamics since they're just sticky taped on (not that the yaris has enough performance to make use but modifications imo should be functional). I just pulled the front/rear bumpers, side skirts and rear spoiler off an 08 5dr hb RS at the scrapyard to install on my 06 3dr hb base cause I want a proper body kit with mounting that won't fall off in the rain or when the sticky tape gets dirty.
