Yeah so under my hood it says no adjustments needed on the engine.. so if i can hear the lifters or timing chain i leave all that as is. Dealer said its all normal sounds. okayyyy

what year is it and how many miles...weve got an 07 thats ALWAYS been a lil clattery noisy since new and its never gotten worse..just crossed 179,000 KM

i have a 2011 Yaris RS fully loaded and its got 76000 kms.... its been running on full synthetic since 1 year now.

The little tick tick tick noise you hear while its idling is normal, all modern VVT engines do it. Its a healthy tick.

yeah i was told that the timing chains in these cars can make some sound... especially at cold start up... am i right ??
