Difference between Japan and France 15" steel wheel

I jumped a curb to avoid an accident and bent the two steel wheels on my passenger side. I am having a hell of a time finding replacement 15x5 4x100 wheels (2012+ uses 5" wide instead of 5.5") so I am just going to get them at the dealership. I noticed that wheels for the French-made Yaris are about $15 cheaper than ones made in Japan so I was curious if I could use them.

My wheel (also used on Prius C)
42611-52770 - $89.12 @ dealer

France Yaris wheel
42611-0D600 - $77.39 @ dealer

This is an image of the French wheel - looks the same to me but I didn't want to order it if the TPMS won't fit or if there's some other issue.

TPMS sensors are identical for both wheels, so no issues there. They probably have some small cosmetic difference, but if you still have the hubcaps covering them it won't be noticeable.

Since getting my French built 2014, I've discovered that many OEM parts have different part numbers for French vs. Japan built models... with the French part numbers often being outrageously priced compared to the Japanese ones. But, when comparing the parts side by side, they are virtually identical! Maybe CTScott can comment on this.

Thanks for responding - I figured someone would know! It would be interesting to poke around them and see the differences (if any). Do they use a lot of locally made parts (in the EU) vs. made in Japan?

I ended up finding some new Japan-made ones for $75 shipped on eBay. I got a check for $700 from the other insurance based on a quote from the dealer so the car is getting four new Michelins, too!

I had Pilot Sports on the car before the incident and they were excellent -- but, sadly have been discontinued in 175/65-15 so I got some Michelin Energys instead (German-made, H-rated, come on the Mini). Thought they would be fun to try.
