HELP! Rear Right Tire Leaning In

I have a '08 Yaris 2 door Hatch and just recently my rear right (passenger) tire is leaning in at the top with unintentional negative camber and I've been trying so hard to fix it. Everytime I make a turn (mainly right turns is when it makes noises) It will make a loud grinding noise and I know it's my tire rubbing against my shock. I replaced the shock/strut because that was busted and leaking but it still did not fix my leaning tire problem. These cars don't seem to have control arms in the rear and I've been banging my head trying to figure out what's the problem. I've been trying to drive it carefully but the road that goes up to my house has a few potholes in it and I'm not sure how to fix it, any help would be greatly appreciated and if need be I can provide pictures.
