Anyone mounted LED Ramps or extra headlights?

Mainly interested in 05-09 models. I've not found any examples online and I was considering adding extra lights on the front, or a led ramp to my yaris. I would have liked to have seen what it would look like before attempting it.

I live near the arctic circle and drive a lot on roads without lightning, so some extra full beams would be nice.

i did a mod on mine im running the "spec D" on the 07

however i went a lil nutty with modifying how the lighting works
step 1 this alone makes a MASSIVE differance and will light up all the "holes"
add factory fog lights GLASS units, then toss a Innovited 55W AC HID in the 6000k to 8000k range
next do the same for the low beam and the high beam

at that point youve got ALOT of light comming off the front...however i took it 1 step further and added a 4th relay so that when i hit the high beams the low beams dont shut off so i get ALL THE LIGHT

i typicaly run around with just the marker lights on and the fogs, when its really dark n rainy the headligths come on...get out into the woods and the highs go on and you can litteraly see everything in all directions for miles

the high low mod for 4 lights on makes a HUGE differance..as if the HID's didnt in the first place...
and i do swear by that brand..inexpensive friendly customer service thats on top of helping you ASAP even if they need to send you a bulb or a wiring harness free of charge...as i had a high low switch box die on my explorer(new style) and they sent me out the old style in a complete harness to fix the issue...

Has anyone tried the cheap ebay/amazon led headlights? People said quality was not that great but that they did work and seemed way brighter.

theres this style https://www.ebay.com/itm/31416811960...Cclp%3A2047675

and this one https://www.ebay.com/itm/35430595274...Cclp%3A2563228

thats them, the ones i ended up with turned out to be genuine spec d
https://www.ebay.com/itm/314003439942
yes thats the "smoked" version but i bet if mine were genuine that if that seller has the clear ones they are probably also genuine spec D

the only real issues ive noted with them is when switching to HID youll need to "tweak" the mounting to have a little more "bite" on the bulbs otherwise the only real issue is that the small 3 led's up the sides will likely need a dab of RTV on them to keep them from bouncing out and the "halos" arnt very bright...both simple fixes

honestly the stock light lenses on our OE lights were so bad that even with the supplyed shit bulbs in the spec d's it was a massive improvement..adding the HID's was leaps and bounds beyond that

I bought a set of Hella FF500 lights.

Lighting rules are strict here BTW. I am not allowed to modify my normal H4 lamps and any lamps mounted must be approved for road usage. I can mount up to three extra lights in front, or a led ramp.

It will probably look like this. Couldn't find a yaris with extra lights, so an auris will have to do.

FWIW HID's were/are an option on the yaris, so you might be able to skirt the laws on that
