pictures of the intercooler mounted and piping

Hey guys just posting to keep you guys updated. The process is coming along well, obviously as you guys have heard they have designed and released the axle-back exhaust. I just figured I would let you guys know that you can view a few pictures of the project by going to ZPI's website and clicking on their gallery section. My name is Nick Barsotti, so look for that in the customer car section. For those of you too lazy... http://www.zeropointindustries.net/gallery/nbarsotti
there is the link. They should be updating with more pics as the process comes along, and I will try to keep you guys updated with how its coming. And yes I know my car is a little dirty behind the front bumper, I had to drive 10 1/2 hours in the snow to get there so cut me some slack haha.

Looking good! Can't wait to see it on the dyno!

Do you know what kind of turbo they're putting in? Is there a compression map available to look at?

You will put a 35R on a 1.5L and need to downshift 1-2 gears to get spool-up more than likely and only a 16G on the 2.4L 2AZFE? You've got to be kidding....

which 35R are you thinking about and isn't it a little pointless to buy a turbo capable of 30 psi if you only plan on running 5?

GT22 is what I have for mine, GT35R is too big, that turbo can support 680HP

After talking to turboyaris, we've decided on something slightly bigger. We'll overcome the lag with a direct port kit.

Yea nester I like this turbo http://www.atpturbo.com/Merchant2/me...egory_Code=GRT I feel like having my car shred into tiny pieces... but just think a 1600HP yaris would be sick just hook the nitrous right to the turbine housing to spool it up. Think about it.... it'll be sick!!!

Guys this is a preliminary pic of the controversial ZPIracing GT40R turbo for the new Toyota Yaris. As you can see the kit comes with an external 38mm wastegate and will include a vented hood to allow room for the piping. The kit will include external cameras and 7” Screen to allow safe driving due to the immediate vision obstruction caused by the abnormally large turbos.

We feel that you should see spool on this application in 7500rpm range.

Stay tuned to ZPIracing.net for updates on this exciting new product!!!
