Lower Control arm inner rear bushings

So it sounds like I need to replace the inner rear lower control arm bushing for my driver side. I thought it was my sway bar end links. I guess I might as well replace all four lower control arm bushings.

I was looking for maybe a polyurethane replacement to make it last longer, but the ones that I’ve found are solid, which doesn’t have the groove like the OEM to make it more flexible.

Should I stick with the OEM style?

It creaks and clunks over bumps.

Found a video of how to replace the bushings. At about 5:48 he demonstrates the creaking noise I was talking about.

Also, I found a polyurethane OEM version:

Should I get this instead of the solid one?

Oh, I didn’t know that. I don’t want the squeaks and creaks, that’s why I want to replace the bushing to get rid of the noise. I’ll go OEM then, thanks for the info.
