That looks pretty sharp! I have the same amp, and haven't been sure how to mount it, how did you build out the trunk mounting?

There are clean installs, and then theres the "damn, I didn't even know it was there" install. Doesn't get any better than that!

thanks for all the great responses. the amp was just suspended using radio backstraps screwed to the floor and metal behind the factory carpet.

the sub enclosure started by taping of all the areas i was going to fiberglass. after that i began fibergalssing. once the glass was dried i took it out and thickened it up with more glass, and then put a layer of durglass on it to make it even harder.

i then bulit a mdf speaker ring and used mdf scraps to suspend it in position. i then wrapped it with speaker carpet cause i didnt have any fleece around. glassed it then put a layer of duraglass. then sanded it then put body filler on it sanded it then finished it with carpet mounted it by putting a screw through the box before i mounted the sub in the box.

i will post some other pictures later on

Actually, the amp appears to be mounted to a carpeted board of some type?

Did you remove the factory carpeting behind the sub before masking off the glassed area?

Just curious...
