NGK Ruthenium Spark Plugs?
Everybody says "NGK is the best" and "get iridium" when it comes to spark plugs for the yaris... at least everybody that I have read at least.
Just curious what you guys think about these babies : https://www.napacanada.com/en/p/NGB95839 They're a few bucks more than NGK's iridium spark plugs at napa, and ruthenium is a "platinum metal" same as Iridium. Anybody ever tried them? Perhaps they're only more expensive due to the fact that they're less popular/the make fewer of them? |

Iridium plugs are $40 at least and these are more than $40 I wouldn’t buy them. In my experience the regular spark plugs last just as long and are like two dollars each. You do have to gap Them maybe every 50,000 miles

I suppose I'll let time be the judge of how great ruthenium plugs are. Let the guinea pigs determine it for me.
