Rough idling and timing Retards

When i turn on the AC the ignition timing retards and the car idles very rough.......is there anything i can do.......im running a POD air filter....checked everything with a obd2 adapter.....all readings are normal except when i turn on the Ac the ignition timing retards to -10......what should i do ? need expert opinions...........and also my coolant temp reaches to 100 degrees

Pod filters can dirty maf sensor. I would also check lower pressure of air conditioning, it may need regass.
