The cigarette lighter gives off 12 volts when the ignition is turned on if your looking for a turn on for your amp. Other then that I think there is the full service manual on here somewhere that even shows the electrical layout.

I'm not sure why you're looking at the fuse box?
In my opinion, you shouldn't be touching it.

Run a new power wire off of the car's battery, through the front firewall (there is a hole under the steering wheel for you), and run that power wire to the trunk. There you will connect to a fuse box (you can buy a small one for $10-$20 that will allow you to connect 1-4 devices with 1-4 fuses).

If you buy a car wiring kit, like a schosche (sp?) one from kmart for $20, it will have a large fuse already connected a few inches from the end of the power wire. place that end near the car's battery.

If you are looking for a turn on wire, that should come off the back of the radio or if you want something closer, tap off of a rear speaker.

toyota cars are negative switched. so you can tap power from ANYWHERE in the car. as long as the fuse is big enough :)
