Ugly hooks under rear bumber

i dunno about you guys but i hated those nasty hook or hoop things that are connected to the rear of the car and poke out from under the body.

i had my friend grind them off.

I think they're the tow points, but since, you'll never rope-tow a vahicle backwards, in the case of recovery, you should be able to just strap up to the suspension mounting points. It does makes the rear end look a lot neater though. Post up some pics.

They do serve a purpose in the 'very rare' (snow or ditches) case anyone would have to pull you out of a situation backwards. Rear suspensions aren't the stongest against a tow truck. But....enjoy!
