2015 Mazda 2

Here it is, leaked ahead of the Geneva show. Looks good but not great IMO.

meh...the exaggerated curves remind me of how Pontiac did so with the grand am. could be a lot worse though!

It's definitely got the new (weird) Mazda shape.

I like the dash! HATE the only option of four doors....two BIG doors much better for getting in and out since Im the only person in the car.

Also hate the fact that cars get BIGGER and BIGGER every year no matter the brand. They should get SMALLER. A Nissan Versa is the size an Accord used to be in 94.

I don't. I think it looks like a weird 3rd gen Yaris and Audi blend.

The dash has that retro look. The Mazda 3 has the same stupid screen that juts out of the dash and doesn't fold away. I agree a 2-door would be a nice option on a small hatchback. Everything seems to get bigger... as if it's an improvement!

that screen is at the same place as the Yaris cluster.. it doesn't seem to bother much the view.

That style is pretty appealing to me. It looks so much better than the 2010 mazdas the year they came out. And not every always drive alone. If 5 doors doesn't suite your style. please move on.

I would get a 3 door hatch again, only if i didn't have very young kids.

Hate the black-and-silver alloy wheel design, but everything else on the exterior is decent enough. Nice front and rear design, in my opinion. It looks a lot better than the new Mazda3 in terms of overall proportions, though it is still a bit "stretched-out" on the side view, and looks somewhat odd/saggy in that regard.

It is 1000% better looking than the new Honda Fit (Ughh), but doesn't look any better than the new 2015 Yaris pics that I have seen - meaning that I will probably stick with a 2015 Yaris as my next car, or a 2007-2011 pre-owned Yaris (preferably manual transmission) if I don't like what officially comes down the pipe for the "USA release" of the new Yaris.

I guess it's like any other new or updated model. Some things you like, some you don't. You make a decision based on the bulk of what you like, then adapt to the things you don't really like.
WTF? We need an "End of the Decade Coupe Renaissance"
You heard that here first...
I've driven my share of 4 Door 'saloons', sedans, whateva...I see their purpose but coupes are so nice looking. Maybe I'm just used to the era where most of the cars made were made in coupe or sedan or station wagon models. I miss those days. You had a choice, it was fun.
I guess (like us) if you only have 1 or 2 people using the car, the B I G doors are so much easier.
Nice to see some coupe models coming back, tho.
I'm always looking at cars, still love my 2013 Yaris, it's just so perfect.

Mazda's curvy design language works great on the large Mazda 6 and CX-5.
However, when squished into smaller proportions like the Mazda 2&3, it's not as successful.

Why not a 2 door and a four door? That way everybody wins!

Personally, not entirely feeling it.

IMO, when it comes to this platform, Ford skinned it right with the Fiesta.

IMHO, Ford "skinned" all it's models quite nicely.

JDM market name for this model looks to be "Demo".
Not too catchy....
