I have a feeling that that picture was photoshopped. That looks like the standard metric version with the inner MPH ring phtoshopped over. If you look at my video below, I am running a real one of those clusters, with a device that I created which allows the speedometer to display in MPH on the outer ring (i.e. while being pulled by a Lamborghini you would see the needle make it to the 200 MPH mark) and also increment the odometer in Miles, rather than kilometers.

It is available. I only made the one prototype so far, but can definitely make more as needed. The clusters are readily available on eBay, and I also have the capability now to reprogram the mileage on a used cluster to match your current cluster.

Yes. The one in my video has the tach and the car that I am running it on did not have one from the factory. The only thing that you have to make sure of it to match the "features" of your car (ABS, TRAC/VSC, etc), otherwise you will lose the indicator lights.

I have cardboard behind my indicator lights... the ones that are never going to shut off anyways.
